Returns

How can you return an item?

1. Notify us of your return within 14 working days of receiving your order via email at info@nederlandsezouthandel.nl. Please also provide the reason for the return.
2. Once we receive your message, we will contact you for further processing. So, please wait for our response before sending the product back.
3. Ensure that the product is in its original packaging and that you have the original invoice.
4. We will not accept returns of items that have been used or opened, except as required by law. This will be assessed upon receipt of the return by Nederlandse Zouthandel.
